Wine Review: This clear and orangish pink colored Rosé from McCollum Heritage 91 opens with a clementine and nectarine bouquet with hints of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, super smooth, and fresh. The flavor profile is a mild nectarine and watermelon blend with notes of saline and white peach. I also detected hints of orange zest, chalky minerality, and a touch of mango. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this mouthwatering Rosé with fish tacos with a mango salsa. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This is a seriously delicious Rosé. It has loads of red fruited aromas—pomegranate, watermelon, strawberry—but with an underpinning of tangerine peel and tarragon that lend complexity.
