Wine Review: This almost clear colored blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche opens with a pretty mild pear and key lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, super smooth and soft. The flavor profile is a very tasty gentle minerality, green plum and green apple blend. I also detected hints of mild green tea and faint lemongrass. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine is beautiful, like its name. It is also food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with pan-seared sea scallops with a ginger-lime butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Spring flowers, white peach, caramelized d ’Anjou pear, macerated white currants, and toasted macadamias. Silky mouthfeel followed by a long, complex finish. Enjoy with grilled shrimp with mango salsa.
