Wine Review: This pale straw-colored wine opens with an Anjou pear and lime zest bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic, almost creamy, and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a crushed stone mineral influenced green apple with notes of lime and light honey. I also detected hints of saline and peach at the very end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with chicken Francese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Apple butter, macadamia nut, white flowers, poached pear, caviar lime, yellow plum, loquat, lemongrass, and wet stone. The palate is clean, pure, energetic, and mid-palate focused, with a suave, mouthwatering finish.
