Wine Review: Updated: This white gold colored blend opens with a ripe Anjou pear and honeysuckle bouquet with hints of 7up. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and bright. The flavor profile is saline, green apple and lime blend with notes of yellow grapefruit. We also detected hints of almond and lemon verbena. The finish is dry and its flavors and refreshing acidity lingers for quite a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this versatile and food friendly white blend with baked halibut or with Gibbet Hill’s crab dip. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
