Wine Review: This white gold colored Clairette Blanc based blend opens with a pineapple and Anjou pear bouquet with hints of wet stone, ginger, and lemon zest. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, viscous, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lemongrass, green tea and crushed stone blend with notes of nectarine and lime zest. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for quite a long time. I would pair this flavorful white wine with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
