Wine Review: This clear and bright yellow colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive lemon and wet stone bouquet with a hint of green apple. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a baked apple and pineapple blend with notes of oak. I also detected hints of minerality, green apple and baking spices. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. This Chard would pair nicely with a wild mushroom and chicken ravioli with mild cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
