Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay from an “Undisclosed” vineyard opens with a fragrant and inviting pineapple and oak bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It features gentle pineapple and pear flavors with hints of honeydew melon, faint minerality, oak and a touch of spice. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This "Secret" Chard is no longer a secret. I would pair it with chicken Francese. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ripe golden apple and honeysuckle on the nose with mild toasted oak that brings out flavors of warm caramel and roasted hazelnut.
