Wine Review: This dark coral colored wine with a salmon hue opens with a watermelon and wet stone bouquet with hints of rose pedal and Maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, with zippy mouthwatering acidity and good structure. The flavor profile is a flinty mineral infused watermelon with notes of lime, nectarine pit and a hint of Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry, mineral driven and refreshing. This Rose is best served slightly chilled on a hot summer day with oyster on the half shell. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Two tons of Merriam Estate Pinot Noir - Clone 115 were whole cluster pressed to make this Rose. The result is this blush pink colored wine with beautiful aromas of cranberry, peach, stone fruit and violet. On the palate, it displays flavors of raspberry and cherry and a hint of cotton candy.
