Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with an Anjou pear and white flower bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple and lime blend with notes of ginger ale. I also detected a hint of yellow grapefruit in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale chartreuse in color, this traditional light-bodied wine showcases notes of honeydew and white peach on the nose, with hints of lime zest. Lemongrass and honeysuckle sit nicely on the palate complemented by refreshing grapefruit.
