Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very fragrant grapefruit bouquet with a hint of green pepper. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced, and shows a touch of zestiness. The flavor profile is a tangy grapefruit with a touch of green apple and peach. I also detected a hint of minerality. The finish is dry and its grapefruit flavors linger. This Sauvignon Blanc will pair well with Emeril's Coquilles St. Jacques. Enjoy - Ken
