Wine Review: This zesty Albarino from Lodi, CA rather than Spain, is pale gold colored and has a stone fruit, pineapple and saline bouquet. It is medium bodied, slightly coating the mouth, and has medium-plus acidity while still being very smooth. There are flavors of apple, nectarine and vanilla with a bit of lemon. The finish is moderate in length. I would enjoy this very good Albarino with grilled fish tacos. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Our 2018 Albarino breathes ripe pear and citrus aromas with a whisper of minerality. On the palate, vibrant flavors of juicy pear, apple and nectarine are accented with spice. The lively acidity is balanced by a subtle richness in the mouthfeel, bringing this well-rounded wine to a lingering close. Pairs perfectly with a good time!
