Wine Review: This deep copper colored wine made from Syrah opens with a red plum and craisin bouquet with hints of red raspberry and peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant brisk acidity. The flavor profile is red plum and mild craisin blend with notes of mild minerality and lime. We also detected hints of tart cherry. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Panel would pair this Rose with sesame pork appetizers, fried clams, or moo shu pork. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Fresh Strawberries and shortbread mingle with hints of vanilla. This sophisticated yet easy-drinking Rosé pairs beautifully with summer time meals and is a joy to drink by itself.
