Wine Review: From the Delle Venezie region of Italy, this pale platinum colored Pinot Grigio is dry and fresh. It has a very aromatic nose of white peach, gardenia and jasmine florals, and lime zest. On the palate, it is zesty, lean, round, medium-minus bodied with medium-plus acidity. There are flavors of white peach, crushed stone, tart citrus, and green almond with a note of saline. The finish is crisp and moderate in length. Serve lightly chilled with steamed mussels in garlic and wine with a crusty sourdough toast. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: A delicately complex wine with an intense fragrance, it is dry with a pleasant, slightly bitter after taste.
