Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Champagne displays lots of tiny streaming bubbles. It opens with a fragrant moist bread dough and walnut bouquet with hints of green apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavors profile is a classic brioche and almond blend with notes of lime and saline. I also detected hints of mushrooms as well. The finish is rather dry and refreshing. This Champagne would pair well with coquilles St. Jacques. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Cuvée features Chardonnay. Very fine expression in the nose and in the mouth. Mineral and white flowers. Very smooth mid-palate. Big potential. Essentially as an aperitif.
