Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Mill Creek is more like a New Zealand styled wine. It opens with a yellow grapefruit and cut grass bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp and zesty. Yet it has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a yellow grapefruit and mineral blend with notes of lime and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors drift away nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc would be ideal with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
