Wine Review: This deep burgundy colored Pinot Noir from the Central Otago region of New Zealand opens with a slightly musty red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied. The flavor profile is similar to the nose, it features red raspberry. It also includes some barely ripe strawberries, light oak and spices including hints of clove and minerality. The tannins are dry and light. I would pair this Pinot Noir with a juicy mushroom and cheddar burger. – Joe

Winemaker Notes: Bright floral and savory aromas. Rich and round with wild raspberry, black currant, and sweet spice flavors. A round, luscious and fruit forward Pinot Noir with lots of flavors and lovely soft tannins.
