Wine Review: This dark ruby Cabernet Sauvignon from Moniker is very good. On the nose, we smelled blackberry, raspberries, eucalyptus and dark chocolate. We found it to be medium to full bodied with flavors of black raspberries, cherries and dark chocolate. This Cab was balanced and juicy. The finish was dry and had moderate lingering tannins on the finish. We think you can enjoy this Cab on its own or with braised short ribs. - Karen & Stuart
