Wine Review: This rose-colored Sparkler opens up with a bouquet of blood oranges, wildflowers, and hints of ginger. The palate is refreshing but also has the added depth that Rose Sparkling wines are known for. Pronounced flavors of strawberries and raspberries can be found throughout the palate alongside notes of green tea and orange zest. The green tea lingers on the finish giving the wine a slight bitterness. – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Traditional method sparkler from Trepat, Pinot Noir, and Garnacha. In the glass, it is a delicate blush color with a subtle nose of strawberries, peach skin, and watermelon rind. In the mouth, the fruit is luscious with gracefully textured bubbles on the dry finish and an echo of red fruit.
