Wine Review: Cava may be the most underrated sparkling wine style, but I'm not sure why. After trying the Mont Marcal Cava Brut Reserva NV, I can firmly say Cava is one of the best values around. Displaying the same bright acids, hints of caramelized tangerines, brioche, with a tantalizing burst of bubbles, Mont Marcal Cava is what few are. This sparkler is worth every penny. – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Estate-bottled, among the best Cavas regardless of price. Excellent base wine made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay. Aged 18 months on the yeast, disgorged upon order.
