Wine Review: This yellow colored Albarino opens with an apple and mild wet stone bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear with hints of lime and pilsner beer. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. The wine would pair well with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A full-bodied, serious, dry Albarino similar to its sibling Morgadio incorporating wines made from the first pressing in a comparatively softer and more floral style.
