Wine Review: This bright strawberry colored Rose was a pleasant discovery at this year's Newport Wine Festival. It opens with a red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and food friendly. The flavor profile is a delicate strawberry with gently infused minerality. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This tasty Rose would be a complement to cedar plank broiled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
