Wine Review: This straw/golden colored sparkling wine from Napa opens with a buttered toast, tangerine, Florida orange, and strawberry bouquet. This medium bodied wine has always been a great alternative to Champagne, and every time I take a sip I remember why… Balance. The creaminess and ripe fruits of this sparkler are perfectly balanced with the acidity and big bubbles, leaving you refreshed and intrigued. Enjoy - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: A complex assemblage of primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Brut Prestige opens with gorgeous layered white blossom aromas, followed by creamy vanilla, citrus, stone fruit and melon. With elegant acidity and crisp structure, this medium-bodied sparkling wine displays an excellent mousse and a rich, lingering finish. Refreshing acidity and fruit character makes Brut Prestige an excellent food wine.
