Wine Review: The 2008 Riesling is an impressive follow up to the 2007 that I recommended last year. This year the wine is light yellow colored and opens with a mild green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with hints of apricot, green apple, and lemon. The finish is semi-dry and very refreshing. I would pair this wine with a roasted chicken. Enjoy – Ken
