Wine Review: This straw-colored Chardonnay opens with an oak and banana bouquet with notes of Bartlett pear, lemon squares and gooseberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and approachable. The flavor profile is gentle oak and pineapple blend with notes of stony minerality. We also detected hint of nectarine pit, gooseberry, lime pith, and green apple. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a while. The Tasting Panel would pair Chard with chicken cordon bleu, asparagus risotto, or with crab stuffed halibut. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Light straw color with a green hue. The nose opens with iodine notes followed by ripe citrus peel and white flowers aromatics. The palate is fresh and direct, while the density and volume are supported by bright acidity. Complex and long, the finish is creamy.
