Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Chenin Blanc opens with a baked peaches and lemon curd bouquet with hints of pineapple and golden raisin. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, viscous, and clean. The flavor profile is ginger beer and Bosc pear blend with notes of cinnamon gum, all spice, and baked peaches. We also detected some hints of pineapple and white pepper in the mix. The finish lingers and lasts for a quite some time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chenin Blanc with coconut shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
