Wine Review: This pale straw and translucent colored Riesling from Nik Weis opens with a bee’s wax and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and savory. The flavor profile is tart lime, grapefruit, and white tea blend with hints of muscat grape.
