Wine Review: This pale rose colored Rose of Pinot Noir from Nik Weis opens with orange blossom and crushed stone bouquet with hints of white peach and marigolds. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, vibrant, and round. The flavor profile is juicy lemon-lime blend and crushed stone blend with notes of white peach, saline, and maraschino cherry. The finish is dry, and its lingering acidity is quite refreshing.
