Wine Review: If you like oaked Chardonnay, this one is for you. It is straw colored and opens with a gentle vanilla, oak and mild apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and coats your mouth nicely. The flavor profile is a tasty oak influenced green apple with notes of pear and a hint of tangerine and toffee. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
