Wine Review: This very dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with black cherry and raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a mild red plum and elderberry blend with notes of minerality and hints of gentle oak and herbal tea. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger and last for quite some time. This Cab would pair well with barbecue beef brisket. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon is lovely, with a seamless texture. It is a concentrated wine with vibrant and jammy red cherry, candied blackberry, and spice flavors. A hint of coffee and a lingering dark chocolate create a lingering and delightful finish.
