Wine Review: This pale purple colored Zinfandel opens with a sage and strawberry bouquet with hints of caramel and cigar box. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a graphite and red plum blend with notes of cinnamon and Chinese five spice. We also detected hints of maraschino cherry, raspberry tea, and vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins show nice length. The Panel would pair this very good Zin with dark turkey meat, country style pork ribs or pulled pork from Dinosaurs. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Full, round, rich, red and black fruit flavors. Very balanced with smooth fine tannins. Elegance and power epitomized.
