Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Petite Sirah from Once and Future opens with a macerated cherry, dark chocolate, blueberry pie and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is a mild oak and cherry blend with notes of herbal tea and minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors, a touch a heat and its moderate plus tannins drift away slowly. The Panel suggested pairing this Petite Sirah with a filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
