Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with gentle black cherry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a loam and ripe black cherry blend with notes of spice, strawberry, and rhubarb. The finish is dry and lingers with medium tannins that stick around for a while.
