Wine Review: This yellow colored Erbaluce has a lot of tiny bubbles in the glass. It opens with a pleasant floral bouquet with a hint of Bosc pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, a tad acidic, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused pear and almond blend with a hint of ginger and touch of pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity show very nice length. This Erbaluce is very food friendly and would pair very nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Serious, consistent, very persistent with a pleasant mineral finish. Serve with appetizers and first courses; very good with soups and rice, with delicate cooking of lake or other fish and any kind of vegetables.
