Wine Review: This yellow Chardonnay from Papapietro Perry is Excellent! It opens with an attractive and appealing butter rum and oak bouquet with hints of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor provide is a delicious oak influenced apple with notes of pineapple and butter. I also detected hints of Bosc pear. The finish is dry and its flavors are very nicely prolonged. This terrific Chard would pair perfectly lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken
