Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine opens with a peach and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced peach with notes of Maraschino cherry. I also detected hints of tangerine and lime. The finish is dry, refreshing and its flavors linger and last for a very long time. This wine would pair well with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
