Wine Review: This enjoyable everyday Chardonnay from Argentina is a pretty lemon yellow in the glass with aromas of golden apple, white peach, matchstick and pineapple. On the palate, it is medium bodied, medium-plus acidity, smooth and round mouthfeel, and great balance. There are flavors of green apple, flinty minerality, vanilla and mild toasty oak. This versatile wine would go well with a big bowl of steamed garlic mussels and crusty bread. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Easy-drinking Pascual Toso Estate Chardonnay carries aromas of ripe green apple, pineapple, and mango. The palate is fresh, with great acidity. It ends with a slight toasty hint on a lingering finish. Suggested serving with seafood, poultry in delicate sauces, and creamy risotto.
