Wine Review: This is a serious Prosecco at a not so serious price. The nose is fragrant and carries notes of wildflowers, lemon zest, candied ginger, and apricot. On the palate, the bigger bubbles pop and allow the flavors to really show. Elements of candied apricot and ginger are accompanied by flavors of honeydew melon, lemonade, and grapefruit. The finish was a bit shorter than I would have hoped for, but I amounted that to the wine being done Brut instead of Extra Dry. Regardless, a well-composed wine that hits all the right marks. Would pair well with swordfish. – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Bright straw yellow in color, enhanced with evident greenish highlights. Fruity and rather intense on the nose, it is fresh and balanced on the palate. The mouth-feel is aromatic and has good length, with a pleasantly tangy and mineral finish.
