Wine Review: This pale platinum colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant apple blossom and ripe Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of sea breeze. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is soft, balanced, and bright. The flavor profile is Bosc pear and white peach blend with notes of gentle crushed stone, ginger, and stone fruit. We also detected a hint of vanilla. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with grilled halibut. Enjoy – KWGTP
