Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with an inviting earthy blackberry, oak and black pepper bouquet. It is medium bodied, smooth and dry with a flavor profile of blackberries, light black licorice and cola. The tannins and medium acidity are balanced, and the finish is mild and dry. I would pair this good value Pinot Noir with ziti in a light red cream sauce. - Joe
