Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Petite Sirah from Peachy Canyon opens with a menthol and black cherry bouquet with hints of plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a red currant and red plum blend with notes of cedar plank and iced tea. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and flavors are nicely prolonged. The panel suggested pairing this wine with pork tenderloin or beef wellington. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: As dark as it is luscious, this Petite Sirah is inky and memorable. A complex bouquet of herbal and smoked notes stir with scents of dark stonefruit. The palate is well-structured and balanced. Flavors of dark cherry, tobacco and leather are the backbone of this wine.
