Wine Review: The Peachy Canyon "Incredible Red" is dark red in color, medium bodied and opens with a fruity bright black cherry bouquet including hints of oak, strawberry and licorice. I thought this California Zinfandel was food friendly and smooth. The palate was a slightly tart black cherry with nice tannins and included notes of vanilla and milk chocolate. The finish on this Zin was slightly dry and fruity. I would Pair this Good Value Zin with chili topped with melted cheddar. – Joe

Winemaker Notes: A rich and fruity nose opens with black cherry, blackberry, nutmeg, and vanilla. A smoky and mysterious aroma takes over, leading into toffee, cigar, and cherrywood. On the palate the wine is round and sumptuous, with notes of cherry, clove, and orange oil. One of our most sophisticated and well-balanced vintages in recent years, this Incredible Red meets and exceeds the promise in its name.
