Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine from Pedroncelli opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and zesty. The flavor is a mineral infused mild strawberry with notes of white pepper. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Zin based wine would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale pink in color with bright aromas of cherry and rose petals. Flavors feature strawberry and cherry up front with a hint of white pepper spice. Refreshing, clean and crisp with a touch of spiciness on the finish. Our Rose is made to be enjoyed upon release.
