Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark garnet colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pellet Estate opens with a crushed stone and black currant bouquet with hints oak and dill. On the palate, this wine is a full bodied, balanced, supple and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry, cherry and oak blend with notes of minerality and black tea. The finish is dry and its flavors and sticky tannins linger and last for quite a while. The Panel suggested that this is a Cab to sip on its own. With food they would suggest pairing it with a ribeye steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
