Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay from Pellet Estate is Excellent. It opens with a very inviting pineapple, apple and oak bouquet with hints of warm banana nut bread. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and rich. Similar to the nose, the flavor profile is a delicious blend of baked apple, pineapple and oak. I also detected notes of vanilla and some gentle peach mixed in. The finish is dry and is flavors are nicely prolonged and drift away. You could sip a whole bottle of this yummy Chard in one sitting. However, share with friends and pair it with creamy lobster salad cocktails. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Crystal clear with distinctive golden hue. Full on aromatics of honey, caramel, toffee, and applesauce with vanilla. Clean. Voluptuously full palate, mature yet zippy. Promises to age nicely for at least a decade. This wine can be consumed on release and will deepen in golden color, flavor, and mouthfeel over many years to come.
