Wine Review: This dark red colored blend from Pellet Estate opens with a red currant and cranberry bouquet with hints of red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a red plum and red currant blend with notes of integrated minerality and cranberry. We also detected hints of fig. The finish is dry and moderate tannins linger nicely. Everyone that tried this offering enjoyed it a lot. We would pair this wine with a venison steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
