Wine Review: This light gold colored Pinot Grigio from California opens with a fragrant lychee and peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild blend of lemon and peach. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a good and flavorful everyday Pinot Grigio. It will pair nicely with garlic roasted chicken. Enjoy – Ken
