Wine Review: This pale straw colored Champagne tied for first place in our first big blind tasting of sparklers. It opens with a mild dough like bouquet with a hint of apple and almond. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a mild dough with hints of minerality and a touch of grapefruit and apple.
