Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Phantom is very good. It open with a very fragrant lemon and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced and has a rich California style. The flavor profile is a tasty oak influenced Bosc pear and pineapple blend with hints of lemon, vanilla and caramel. The finish is dry and its flavors show a nice lingering length. Readers that like this style of Chard will like this wine a lot. I would enjoy it on its own. Enjoy - Ken
