Wine Review: This bright white gold colored Soave from Pieropan is very good. It opens with a very fragrant lime and apricot bouquet with a hint of banana. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and pleasantly acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of ginger ale. I also detected a hint of quince mixed in as well. The finish is very refreshing, and its acidity and flavors linger nicely. I would pair this food friendly Soave with an arctic char with spinach butter dish. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish hints. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length.
