Wine Review: This dark red colored blend from Cotes du Rhone opens with a black raspberry and old oak bouquet with a hint of musty leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is an old oak and mineral infused black plum. The finish is dry and its moderate friendly tannins were slightly prolonged. This wine would be a good glass pour at your favorite bistro. Pair it with a juicy bacon burger with sauteed mushrooms. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Refined and structured, this Cotes du Rhone seduces the senses with red fruit aromas that intertwine with hints of pepper and spice. A vibrant acidity and well balanced tannins consume the palate with layers of fruit that linger on the finish.
